Half Step will be having their end of semester concerton December 9th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Faith in the Loft.Come celebrate our students' hard work with us!
Each week at Half Step offers a different
opportunity! Every other week, 45 minutes is designated to a workshop
of your choice and the rest of the time is filled with games,
community, snacks and then 45 minutes of practicing together as a band.
On the opposite weeks, we work together as a choir and then transition into
practicing with the choir and band all together.We play a wide variety of covers of contemporary
songs such as songs by:OneRepublic, TwentyOne Pilots, Needtobreathe, and

We do everything we can to find awesome leaders
who are willing to share their knowledge and musical experience with students
who want to learn. These are the workshops we offer:Acoustic Guitar Solo Drama Keyboard Rhythm Strings Banjo Horns Sound Mixing Photography Dance
Half Step is a place for high school students
who are passionate about music, but more importantly, it is a place for
students to feel loved, accepted, and encouraged to grow in their creativity!

Half Step is open to any high school aged student who is interested in music, photography, drama, or other performing arts. No level of experience, application, or fee is required. Come as you are!
